To enrol on the Professional Practitioner course,simply download the application form below and either post, email, or fax it to the address shown on the form. You can either pay online below (using PayPal or with your credit or debit card), or send us a cheque in the post with your application form. You can also download a copy of the hypnotherapy course prospectus on this page. You'll need 'Acrobat' reader - click here if you do not have this installed on your computer.
